Samsung GT-I9003: an heir of the Galaxy S

Samsung GT-I9003 Galaxy SL is considered to be an heir of the Galaxy S smartphone. In spite of the fat that this device has not been officially announced yet some sources have already published its list of specifications. It is powered by Android 2.2 Froyo and has 4-inch capacitive Super Clear LCD touchscreen with 480x800px resolution, 1GHz Ti OMAP processor, 16GB internal storage, 650MB RAM. There are also such usual modules as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, MicroSD external memory card slot, 3.5mm headphones jack. The design of Samsung GT-I9003 Galaxy SL is very close to the Galaxy’s one but the body of this phone is a little bit longer and thicker than the Galaxy S has – 123.7x64.2x10.59mm. The weight is 131g. The battery has 1650mAh capacity and provides 15/7.5 hours in 2G/3G networks. It is expected that Samsung Galaxy SL will be shown at Mobile World Congress 2011 exhibition.
